Hi, I'm Marie, 30 years old. I'm from Belgium and my husband is french. We actually met in Belgium 4 years ago thanks to our blogs. We lived together in Brussels for about a year, and 10 days after getting married, we decided to move to Singapore for a year !
In Singapore, I decided to look for a job in IT for the first time (I was a social worker back in Belgium). It was quite a challenge for me, but I managed to get an interview with a Marketing and Communication agency, got the job and spend a great year working for them.
After a year, despite the delicious food, the warm and stable weather, the efficiency for everything, it was time to leave again. We weren't so sure about the next destination though. Between New Zealand and Autralia, we finally chose Australia. We got here 2 years ago and I found a job in a marketing and communication agency in St Leonards. We lived in couple of places (Bonnet Bay in the "Shire", North Sydney), and last November, our little daughter was born, Lola. What an amazing feeling !
Then, Last week I got back to work. Well happy to get back to what I was doing before my maternity leave. However, the crisis touches everyone. So after few days, I had to leave the company, there was not enough business to keep me busy in my job. So here I am, on the job market again, looking for a great and fun company ready to welcome me and my background and offer me a great job !
